Asia staged our home and again, gave us an idea of what she was thinking and worked with us. Once we received an offer Ashley took time to really dive into all aspects of the offer and went through it in detail with us. She let us give feedback and then gave her opinion but was not pushy. When we were under contract we knew what was happening every step of the way. Between texts, emails, calendar reminders, the whole team made sure things went smoothly. We even had a little hiccup (not Ashley’s fault at all, we accepted an offer on contingency) Ashley called and explained everything that was happening, possible things that could happen and then kept following up with us.
