Hi, I'm Haley Rose.

Real estate is more than buying and selling homes—it's about helping people navigate some of life's biggest decisions with confidence.

Before transitioning into real estate full-time, I spent nearly 14 years in the corporate world, building a strong background in marketing, sales, negotiation, and customer service. Combined with a master's degree in business, that experience helps me guide clients through every step of the process with strategy, communication, and care.

As a licensed REALTOR® in Nebraska and Southwest Iowa, I help buyers and sellers throughout the Omaha metro area, with a special passion for acreages, land,  and homes that offer a little extra space to enjoy life. Whether you're buying your first home, selling a longtime property, or making your next move, my goal is to make the experience as smooth and stress-free as possible.

When I'm not working with clients, you'll find me spending time with my family and our two goldendoodles. We love boating, being outdoors, and making the most of family time.
